We’re off to explore the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island. Not to worry, we’ll do this at our pace, nice and slow. Rest and relaxation are Priority One.

Beach combing, storm watching and lots of nothing to do. If the outdoors is your thing, we’re off to the botanical gardens with a local expert to learn about the mud flats and Clayoquot Sound. Pack your boots, rain jacket and a great attitude because we’re going to have fun. We’ll tour the area, finding the perfect spot for storm watching or walking a forest trail (easy).

If we’re not too pooped how about a rousing game of bridge after dinner? I play a great dummy hand! Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit. After all we’re staying right on the beach. Dip anyone? Big toe counts!

We’ll be sleeping at the luxurious Tin Wis Resort on the wild west coast. The Tin Wis also has a passion for food, we’ll experience the flavours on Saturday night and hunt down some unique spots to stop for lunch on our travels. And who doesn't’t love surprises? You’ll have to come to find out!
